Stage 2 Fire Restrictions go into effect on July 1st. NO campfires or barbecues below 6000 ft. Wilsonia and Grant Grove are not effected by these restrictions. HOWEVER, this is a drought year, the forests are very dry and the temperatures are high. PLEASE use great caution when having a campfire or barbecue.
*Please keep campfires small and in a fire-pit, preferably with a spark arrestor.
*Monitor campfires and barbecues closely and extinguish completely before retiring.
*Keep a fire extinguisher or garden hose close by at all times.
