Here is an excerpt from the May 2014 Edition of the Wilsonia Times:

If you are considering having a new well drilled, the window of opportunity this summer is very small. Johnson Drilling will be in Wilsonia in mid-to-late June, for some drilling jobs. If you would like to contract with them, you will need to contact both them and the NPS ASAP, so there will be time to pull permits and schedule the job. Otherwise, it will be 2015 before they will be available again.

The NPS has provided this informational letter for anyone interested in getting permits for well drilling in Wilsonia this summer.
