The WVI Memorial Day Weekend Potluck scheduled for Saturday evening the 28th and the WVI Board of Directors Meeting that afternoon, and the Sunday afternoon Duck Race have been canceled. Wilsonia still has substantial layer of snow on the ground, several feet thick in many areas. The clubhouse deck still has over 4′ of snow accumulation. Even though temperatures are on the rise, it may be at least another week or longer before the snow melts enough for the roads throughout the village to be open.
The Rubber Duck Race may be rescheduled.
